12 white sugar cube

60 mlorgeat syrup

120 mlpisco

Campo de Encanto Ancholado Pisco

60 mlblended lightly aged Jamaican rum

Appleton Estate White Rum

60 mloverproof gin

Old Raj Gin

90 mlgrapefruit juice

60 mllemon juice

60 mlwinter-spice herbal liqueuer

Becherovka

In a pitcher, muddle the sugar cubes with the orgeat until the sugar is fully broken up.

Add the remaining ingredients and fill the pitcher three-quarters full with ice cubes.

Roll the drink into another pitcher and repeat until the drink is very cold and the sugar is completely dissolved.

Strain into a punch bowl over 1, large block of ice.

Garnish with the lemon wheels and serve with a ladle and punch glasses.
