45 mlcolumn still aged Nicaragua rum

Flor de Caña 7-Year Rum

15 ml151 Demerara rum

El Dorado 151 Rum

15 mllemon juice

15 mlmaple syrup

1 egg yolk

2 tsppumpkin puree

120 mlsoda water, to fill

Dry shake all the ingredients (except the club soda), then shake again with ice.

Strain into a fizz glass and top with club soda.

No garnish.
