60 mlblended aged Jamaican rum

Appleton Estate V/X Rum

10 mlorange liqueur

Cointreau

10 mlmaraschino liqueur

Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur

15 mllemon juice

15 mlsimple syrup

10 mlgrenadine

1 egg white

1 dasharomatic bitters

Angostura Bitters

1 orange, wheel

Dry shake all the ingredients, then shake again with ice.

Double strain into a fizz glass filled with ice cubes.

Garnish with the orange wheel and serve with a straw.
