2 orange, wheels

10 mlrich demerara syrup

1 lemon, wheel

1 mint

1 bunchseasonal fruit

Muddle syrup and orange wheels, then add ice and sherry.

Build and stir.

Mound pebble ice to top.

Serve with straw.
