45 mlpineapple juice, fresh
15 mllime juice, fresh
15 mlpassion fruit syrup
30 mlblended lightly aged rum

Preparation Instructions
Pour the sparkling wine into a snifter.
Flash blend with 12 oz of crushed ice and 4 - 6 small cubes of ice.
Open pour with a gated finish into the snifter.
