45 mlstandard-proof rye whiskey, chamomile-infused

Old Overholt Rye

10 mlanise- and vanilla-flavored liqueur

Galliano L'Autentico

25 mllemon juice

15 mlacacia honey syrup

120 mlbrut Champagne, to fill

Shake all the ingredients (except the champagne) with ice, then strain into a flute.

Top with champagne.

No garnish.
