30 mlJamaican overproof light rum

Smith & Cross Traditional Jamaican Rum

45 mlmanzanilla sherry

La Gitana Manzanilla Sherry

25 mllime juice

15 mlcane sugar syrup

1 tspvanilla syrup

1 mint, sprig

Whip all the ingredients, shaking with a few pieces of crushed ice just until incorporated.

Strain into a pilsner glass filled with crushed ice.

Swizzle until cold.

Garnish with the mint sprig and serve with a straw.
