60 mlstandard-proof rye whiskey, chamomile-infused

Old Overholt Rye

15 mlpineapple juice

15 mllime juice

15 mlcinnamon syrup

1 lime, wheel

In a shaker, muddle the apple slices.

Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice.

Double strain into a coupe and garnish with the lime wheel.
