15 mlginger syrup

15 mllemon juice

3 medium piecesred bell pepper

25 mlagave syrup

60 mlmezcal

3 lime, wedges

1 piecebeef jerky

Muddle lime, bell pepper, and chile pepper.

Add ice and other ingredients.

Shake and double strain.

Serve with ice cubes.
