60 mlfruit cup liqueur

30 mlvanilla liqueur

Giffard Vanille de Madagascar

25 mllemon juice, fresh

10 mlquinine cordial

Hendrick's Quinetum

15 mlliquid nitrogen

2 biscotti

Shake and strain into a teapot with a tea infuser.

Pour the liquid nitrogen into the infuser.

Pour slowly into tea cups over ice.
