Chinaco Verde Blanco Tequila

0.5 tspallspice liqueur

St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram

45 mlfuji apple juice

25 mllemon juice

15 mlacacia honey syrup

0.5 tspginger syrup

2 dashesaromatic bitters

Angostura Bitters

Short shake all the ingredients with 3 ice cubes, then strain into a pilsner glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with the bitters and the mint sprig and serve with a straw.
