Hine H Cognac

60 mlAmerican straight apple brandy

Laird's straight apple brandy

60 mlblended aged Trinidadian rum

Scarlet Ibis Rum

60 mlbonded rye whiskey

Rittenhouse 100 Rye Whiskey

60 mlwheat whiskey

Bernheim Original Wheat Whiskey

60 mlPlymouth gin

Plymouth Gin

30 mlsweet vermouth, cinnamon orange tea-infused

15 mllemon juice

25 mlsimple syrup

1 dasharomatic bitters

Angostura Bitters

120 mlsoda water, to fill

3 brandied cherry, on a cocktail pick

Shake all the ingredients (except the club soda) with ice, then strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.

Top with club soda.

Garnish with the cherries and serve with a straw.
