30 mlwhole milk

30 mlheavy cream

15 mldemerara syrup

30 mlblack blended Jamaican rum

6 dropsvanilla extract

1 dasharomatic bitters

Angostura Bitters

1 pinchnutmeg, freshly grated

Flash blend with 12 oz of crushed ice and 4 - 6 small cubes of ice.

Open pour with a gated finish into a double rocks glass.
