1 cupbourbon whiskey

1 cupheavy cream

1 cupwhite sugar

1.5 cupswhole milk

1 tspnutmeg, grated

4 egg

1 sprinklenutmeg, grated

Blend eggs on high one minute, then add sugar.

Continue blending to mix, then add all other ingredients.

Keep refrigerated.

Makes 1.5 quarts.

Serves 8.
