30 mlstandard cream sherry

Lustau East India Solera Sherry

10 mlstrong aperitivo amaro, coffee and chile-infused

Campari

15 mlorange juice

15 mllime juice

15 mldemerara syrup

1 pinchkosher salt, small

1 coffee bean

Short shake with 3 ice cubes, then strain into a double rocks glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with a few grates of coffee bean and serve with a straw.
