Ingredients

18 raspberry
30 mlsuperfine sugar
180 mlorange, twists
360 mlstandard-proof rye whiskey
Old Overholt Rye
45 mlkümmel
90 mllemon juice
90 mlgrapefruit juice
45 mlcane sugar syrup
60 mlbrut Champagne

Garnish

12 raspberry
6 lemon, wheels

Preparation Instructions

In a pitcher, muddle the raspberries with the sugar and orange twists.
Add the remaining ingredients (except the champagne) and fill the pitcher with ice cubes.
Stir until cold.
Pour the champagne into a punch bowl, then strain the contents of the pitcher over the top.
Add 1, large block of ice.
Garnish with the raspberries and lemon wheels and serve with a ladle and punch glasses.
