Preparation Instructions
Combine juice with kieselsol finings and stir.
After 20 minutes add pectinex and chitosan finings and stir.
Separate liquid from solids with centrifuge or by leaving in the refrigerator and the slowly pouring off the liquid.
Store in the refrigerator.
