Muddle the grapefruit in a shaker.

Add the remaining ingredients and whip-shake with a little crushed ice.

Pour into a double old-fashioned glass and top with crushed ice.

Garnish with a mint bouquet and berries, dust with powdered sugar, and serve with a straw.
