Busnel VSOP Calvados

15 mllemon juice

10 mlcinnamon syrup

10 mlginger syrup

10 mlvanilla syrup

1 dasharomatic bitters

Angostura Bitters

120 mlsparkling rosé, to fill

Shake all the ingredients (except the sparkling rosé) with ice, then strain into a flute.

Top with sparkling rosé.

No garnish.
